Leaderboard & XP
The platform includes a gamification system with XP points, login streaks, and a leaderboard to keep you motivated as you learn.

The leaderboard and XP system can be disabled by your administrator. If you do not see a Leaderboard option in your navigation, it has been turned off for your organization.
What is XP?
XP (Experience Points) is a score that reflects your learning activity. You earn XP automatically when you complete actions on the platform — no extra steps needed.
Earning XP
| Action | XP earned |
|---|---|
| Complete a lesson | 10 XP |
| Complete a course | 100 XP |
| Pass a quiz on the first attempt | 50 XP |
| Pass a quiz on a retake | 20 XP |
| Your first enrollment | 5 XP |
| Daily login streak (per day) | 5 XP |
XP is cumulative and never expires.
Login streaks
A login streak tracks how many consecutive days you have logged in and engaged with the platform. Your current streak is shown on your dashboard and profile.
- Your streak increases by 1 each day you log in
- Missing a day resets your streak to 0
- Streaks earn 5 XP per day on top of any other activity that day
The leaderboard
Go to Leaderboard in the sidebar to see how you rank against other students in your organization.
Three time periods are available:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All-time | Total XP earned since joining |
| Monthly | XP earned in the current calendar month |
| Weekly | XP earned in the current calendar week (Monday–Sunday) |
Your own rank is highlighted. The top 3 positions are marked with rank badges.
How your rank is calculated
Rank is determined by total XP within the selected time period. If two students have the same XP, the student who reached that score first ranks higher.
