Certificates
B-Accuracy LMS automatically issues a PDF certificate when a student completes all lessons in a course. Certificates are branded with your organization's name and the student's name.
When certificates are issued
There's no per-course "enable certificates" toggle to turn on — for a student enrolled directly in a course (not through a batch), a certificate is issued automatically the moment they reach 100% completion.
For a student enrolled through a batch, whether they get a certificate is controlled by that batch's own Issue Certificates setting instead (see Batches →) — turn it on or off per cohort there.
Manage issued certificates
From Certificates in the admin sidebar, each certificate also has:
- Regenerate — re-renders the certificate PDF (useful after a branding change)
- Revoke — invalidates a certificate with a reason; a revoked certificate's public verification page shows it as revoked rather than valid
Admins can also manually issue a certificate to a specific student for a course from this page, independent of their actual completion status.
What the certificate includes
- Your organization name
- Student's full name
- Course title
- Completion date
- A unique verification ID and QR code linking to the public verification page
Verify a certificate
Anyone (including employers) can verify a certificate at:
https://lms.techarix.com/verify/[certificate-id]
The verification page shows the student name, course, and completion date without requiring a login.
Download certificates
Students can download their certificates from:
- My Dashboard → Certificates section
- The course completion screen
Admins can download any student's certificate from:
- Users → [Student] → Certificates tab
View all issued certificates
Go to Certificates in the admin sidebar for a full list of all certificates issued across all courses, with filters by course, date range, and student.
