Admin dashboard
The admin dashboard is your control center. The left sidebar is organized into sections:

| Dashboard | Key stats — active students, course completions, certificates issued |
| Courses | Create and manage all courses, modules, and lessons |
| Media Library | Uploaded videos and files, reusable across courses |
| Batches | Instructor-led cohorts with shared schedules |
| Students | Invite, enroll, and manage students |
| Certificates | Issued certificate history, revocation, and templates |
| Analytics / Advanced Analytics | Completion rates, quiz scores, engagement, at-risk students |
| Billing | Current plan, usage meters, and plan upgrade |
| Settings | Your profile, and (for Admins) organization, branding, notifications, permissions, categories, SSO, and AI configuration |
User Management (inviting users, managing roles) is reached from the Settings overview page's quick links rather than the main sidebar.
How courses are structured

- A course is the top-level product your students purchase or enroll in
- Modules group related lessons (like chapters in a book)
- Lessons are the individual pieces of content
User roles
| Role | Access |

| Super Admin | Full access including billing and platform settings |
| Admin | Full access across courses, students, and analytics |
| Instructor | Can create and edit their own courses; view enrolled students |
| Manager | Can view team analytics, manage their students, and send reminders (Pro+) |
| Student | Can access enrolled courses only |
Student experience
Students access the platform at yourcompany.lms.techarix.com (or your custom domain). They see:
- Their enrolled courses on the dashboard with progress rings
- A course catalog to browse and self-enroll
- A full-featured video player with progress tracking, notes, and resource downloads
- Quiz attempts and detailed results
- XP, streaks, and a leaderboard for milestones — see Leaderboard →
- Their certificates upon completion — downloadable as PDF with a public verification link
Billing & plans
Admins can view their current plan, track student and admin usage against plan limits, and submit an upgrade request — all from the Billing page in the sidebar. Trial countdowns and usage warnings are shown automatically.
